Kiev: 18 February 2015 Louis Flannery lecture on “Cross examination in international arbitration " was held!
On 18 February 2015, the Ukrainian Arbitration Association together with UBA Students' League, Ukrainian-Turkish cultural center “Syaivo” and Scientific-Research Institute on Private Law and Entrepreneurship att. to the Ukrainian Academy of Law Sciences hosted a lecturer on cross-examination in international arbitration by Louis Flannery.
As a part of this event finalists of the international arbitration Essay Contest were announced. Among 18 essays, the selection committee determined 7 finalists and 3 winners.
1st place - Aliona Strizhak, 4th year student at Customs Academy;
2nd place - Volodymyr Zherebetskyi, Master’s program 1st year student at Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University;
3rd place - Yulia Brusko, 4th year student at Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University.
Also the list of finalists includes: Anastasia Nguien, Anna Kuts, Vladyslav Serhienko, Anna Ivashchenko, Olha Iakymchuk, Iulia Gavrikova, Alla Perfetska.
