Vilnius Arbitration Day 2024

Ukrainian Arbitration Association is delighted to be a supporting organization for the approaching Vilnius Arbitration Day 2024, scheduled for 13 September 2024.

Hosted by the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration Vilnius Arbitration Day 2024 is expected to welcome over 200 attendees, including distinguished international arbitration practitioners, industry experts and academics.

The fifteenth conference Vilnius Arbitration Day will delve into the theme of "Arbitration in Turbulent Times: Any Need for Bravery?" Participants will engage in discussions on the most challenging topics in today's arbitration landscape, including sanctions, corruption, national security, the involvement of states and state entities in international arbitration, and energy disputes. Join us as we embark on a captivating journey through these turbulent times.

Beyond the main stage taking place in the heart of the capital - the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania, Vilnius Arbitration Day 2024 will feature a variety of partner pre and post events. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in practical science forum on arbitration in the Baltics by three top Baltic Universities, training on the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence, as well as meet CEE arbitration community leaders and discuss perspectives of CEE region, and even explore Vilnius while joining the local community for a morning run.
