The Ukrainian Arbitration Association is proud to share the translation of the latest edition of the ICC Arbitration Rules into the Ukrainian language by the UAA members.
This translation reflects both the growing importance of ICC arbitration in Ukraine and the country’s continued integration into the global legal landscape.
This translation effort is not just a linguistic achievement but a necessary step towards ensuring that arbitration procedures are accessible to all legal practitioners, businesses, and stakeholders in Ukraine. By making the 2021 Arbitration Rules available in Ukrainian, this initiative helps to foster a deeper understanding of international arbitration and its role in resolving disputes efficiently and effectively.
A dedicated working group, led by Olena Perepelynska, undertook this project, ensuring the translation was both accurate and contextually relevant. The team was composed of skilled professionals who brought their expertise to the table, including Mariana Antonovych, Olexander Droug, Anna Guillard Sazhko, Oksana Karel, Oleksii Maslov, Tetyana Nesterchuk, Olga Shenk, and Serhii Uvarov. Their collective effort has resulted in a version of the rules that will serve as an essential resource for those working in the field of arbitration in Ukraine.
