The International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) has published ICCA’s Guide to the Interpretation of the 1958 New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards

The Guide has a subtitle A HANDBOOK FOR JUDGES. One of the purposes of such edition is to assist in teaching and promote arbitration in general. 17 translations of the Guide in different languages enabled its circulation among judges from various countries. The full English, Russian and other existing translations may be found at ICCA’s official website.

Unfortunately, there is no Ukrainian translation yet. In case you wish to volunteer and participate in translation, please let us know by sending an e-mail at info@arbitration.kiev.ua
