The Ukrainian Arbitration Association (the “UAA”) is pleased to announce that the draft Regulation on the UAA Appointing Committee (the “Regulation”), prepared by the Ad Hoc Arbitration Working Group, is now available for review and commenting.

We invite all members of the UAA and all other arbitration practitioners and specialists, interested in developing international arbitration in Ukraine, to provide your comments on the draft Regulation to Tatiana Slipachuk (TSlipachuk@sk.ua) and Ihor Siusel (Ihor.Siusel@bakermckenzie.com) by 01 February 2014”.
