Ukrainian Arbitration Association congratulates the Ukrainian team winning the IV International Moot Court Competition ICC Lex Mercatoria-2015
28-30 November 2015 the IV International Competition ICC Lex Mercatoria 2015 was held.
ICC Lex Mercatoria is an annual international moot court competition in international trade law and international commercial arbitration where student teams resolve a case prepared by ICC International Court of Arbitration, which is held under the Arbitration Rules of ICC, other documents of ICC, as well as the practice of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. International student Competition ICC Lex Mercatoria aimed at popularization of international commercial arbitration as an alternative method of resolving commercial disputes.
16 teams from different countries took part in competition this year.
The results of competition were determined during the final round, which took place on 30 of November.
On behalf of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association, we want to congratulate the team of National University "Odessa Law Academy" which won the competition and took the first place!

Faculty of Law of the Belarusian State University took the second place.

Third place was shared between a team of the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus (Belohvost Andrew, Demenok Natalia, Dulchevskaya Natalia, Lukyanchuk Anton, Slatvinska Anastasia, Stepanenko Katerina). Coach - PhD, professor of civil law, the mediator in the "Mediation and Law" Center- Amelchenya Yulia.

All teams have shown themselves worthy contenders who can competently defend their position.
