Topic: The panelists will provide an overview of recent trends and future forecasts in investment arbitration in the renewable energy sector (RES): who won, who lost, why, what are the statistics and what are the trends. The audience will hear from practitioners with first-hand experience with bringing RES claims on the investor’s side and defending such claims on the State’s side. The audience will learn about the Ukrainian regulatory reform in the RES, including opportunities to seize and pitfalls to avoid.
