CONFERENCE-TRAINING FOR LAWYERS FROM RUSSIA AND CIS

Visit the Svea's Court of Appeal and pose questions to the judges at the round table, take part in the mock arbitration and mediation hearing, meet the authors of the book “Arbitration in Sweden” during the presentation of its translation into Russian.

The Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to a two-day conference “International Dispute Resolution in Sweden”, which will be held November 3 - 4 in Stockholm.

The focus will be on the resolution of disputes involving parties from Russia and the CIS. The conference is organized in collaboration with the Swedish and Russian Arbitration Associations.

Details of the program

Six sessions - discussions of the most interesting legal issues of international arbitration and mediation. Mock Mediation hearing - participants will experience in resolution of the dispute between the shareholders in the mediation procedure. 

Mock arbitration hearing - a team of lawyers will present the positions of the parties and hear witnesses.

Visit to the Svea District Court of Appeal - roundtable on cancellations and fulfillment of arbitral decisions. 

Presentation of the book - authors of the book "Arbitration in Sweden" will present its translation into Russian.
