The Ukrainian Arbitration Association is a non-profit organization that unites lawyers (irrespective of their nationality or place of residence) who are professionally engaged or interested in international arbitration.
14 November 2016, the General Meeting of Members of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association (UAA) has elected Olena Perepelynska (Partner, Head of CIS Arbitration Practice of INTEGRITES) as its new President, succeeding the outgoing UAA President Tatyana Slipachuk (Partner, Head of International Dispute Resolution Practice of SAYENKO KHARENKO).
Ukrainian Arbitration Association (the “UAA”) supported the translation into Ukrainian of the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration (the “Rules”), adopted by IBA Council Resolution on May 29, 2010.
28-30 November 2015 the IV International Competition ICC Lex Mercatoria 2015 was held.
On 16 November 2015 a General Meeting of members of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association ("the Association") – a professional non-profit organization, that unites Ukrainian and foreign arbitration practitioners, - took place, where the new Board of the Association was elected.
On 23 September 2016 Minsk will host the first Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum.
