About the Association
The Ukrainian Arbitration Association is a non-profit NGO that brings together lawyers, regardless of their belonging to a particular jurisdiction, who are professionally engaged or interested in the practice of the disputes in the sphere of international arbitration.
Membership in the Ukrainian Arbitration Association is open to all individuals possessing a law degree and having professional interest in the international arbitration practice, as well as sharing the goal and objectives of the establishment of the Association.
The main objectives of the Association is promotion of Ukraine and, in particular, Kyiv as a venue for international arbitration, providing assistance and support interest in the practice of international arbitration as a method of resolving of cross-border disputes, promotion of knowledge and experience in resolving disputes through international arbitration, as well as strengthening of cooperation and exchange of experience between the specialists from around the world. The Ukrainian Arbitration Association is not an arbitration institution. Moreover, it cooperates actively with the ICAC at CCI of Ukraine and other arbitration institutions, as well as similar associations dealing with the development and promotion of international arbitration practice.
The Ukrainian Arbitration Association invites practitioners and individuals interested in the development of international arbitration practice, to cooperate actively as members and candidate members of the Association.
