Discussion of the Prague Rules with UAA

Ukrainian Arbitration Association is pleased to invite you to take part in the discussion of the Draft Prague Rules on conduct of the taking of evidence in international arbitration - an alternative to IBA rules.

Prague Rules are intended to tackle the problems of the time- and costs-efficiency. The participants of the discussion will have possibility to express their own ideas for Prague Rules improvement and discuss them with the Working Group members.
