EEDRF 2019

We invite you to one of the largest dispute resolution events of Europe that will be held in Minsk on September 19-21 2019.

For the fourth time Lawyers from all over the world will gather at the Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF-2019) in Minsk for a few days in order to discuss key topics related to dispute resolution in international commercial arbitration and state courts.

This year the main topic of discussion will be «Procedural issues in International Arbitration and State Courts» and the program will include such issues for discussion as:

the role of arbitrators and parties in the conduct of an efficient dispute resolution process
what can happen in the early stages of arbitration
what is going on behind the scenes of the proceedings
selected issues of post-award life
