Energy Arbitration: 19 May 2017 - Workshop ' SUN, WIND and ARBITRATION '
Dear members of the UAA and all interested!
We are happy to invite you to the forum that will focus on specific features of the arbitration process in the field of renewable energy "SUN, WIND and ARBITRATION" that will be held on 19 May 2017. This event is organized mutually by the Polish-Ukrainian Branch of the Spanish Arbitration Club - Club Español del Arbitraje, and initiative of young arbitrators - DIS40, established by the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS). The media-partner of the workshop is Ukrainian Arbitration Association.
Among the speakers of the forum - representatives of prominent international law firms from different jurisdictions who specialize in resolving disputes that arise in the course of activities of the energy market participants along with members of specialized organizations (including Ukrainian Association on Renewable Energy, European Energy Community and others).
