On 15 November 2023 the International Arbitration Readings will take place. The Readings are dedicated to the 100th birthday anniversary of Academician Igor Pobirchenko, the founder of the Ukrainian arbitration, the first President of the ICAC and the UMAC.
For the attention of licensed court attorneys! The Xth International Arbitration Readings is being accredited to offer professional advancement credits. Licensed court attorneys who would like to receive credits, shall state so during the registration and pay relevant credit fees at the time of registration.
The 2023 Readings will be held in a hybrid format: live in KYIV at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (33 Velyka Zhytomyrska St.) with a parallel online broadcast. The language of the conference is Ukrainian with simultaneous translation into English.
What will be in focus:
The speakers will exchange practical tips on selecting an arbitrator, discuss the criteria referred to by arbitration institutions and define the key factors impacting the efficiency of a panel of arbitrators.
The representatives of four international arbitration institutions will share the practice of the application of the new editions of their Rules, take the audience through the novelties that have been most positively received by users, and will offer a forecast on the future development of arbitration based on current trends.
