Ukrainian Arbitration Association together with ICC Ukraine conducted the joint event on Energy Construction Disputes: How to Avoid or Resolve them Efficiently.

During this webinar, the panel discussed in detail the types of disputes that parties encounter during the evolution of energy infrastructure projects and how experienced legal counsel resolve certain disputes before they escalate any further. The speakers addressed different methods of dispute resolution with the focus on international arbitration. In particular, they looked at the specificities of arbitral proceedings conducted in various jurisdictions and examined if any common trends that could be spotted. The panel also analyzed some key contractual provisions that often have material impact on the outcome of the disputes.
