On December 14th the conference, dedicated to the Official Launch of Prague Rules in the historical city of Prague was held. The event was organized by Global Arbitration Review (GAR), Russian Arbitration Association (RAA), and The Law Offices of Prof. Dr. Alexander Bělohlávek.
The Prague Rules launch gathered more than 150 arbitration practitioners, experts and in-house lawyers from reputed companies and became quite an important event in the sphere.
In his opening speech, Prof. Dr. Alexander Bělohlávek told about how the idea of Prague Rules creation appeared and noted that through almost ten years of work of multiple arbitration practitioners, the Prague Rules became a viable alternative where applicable and can be a great help in arbitral proceedings.

Many topics connected to the possible usage and application of Prague Rules were brought up, as well as many different experiences shared. As a conclusion of the event, the official signing ceremony of the Prague Rules was conducted. The Ukrainian Arbitration Associated signed the Rules as well.
