UAA invites you to watch the webinar "French Supreme Court Decision on Oschadbank: What’s next?”
On 30 March 2021 the Paris Court of Appeal set aside the US 1,1 billion award rendered in favour of Oschadbank against the Russia Federation. On 7 December the French Court of Cassation quashed that decision, reinstated the award and remanded the case back to the Court of Appeal.
The case is important for many other potential Ukrainian claimants and with our speaker Philippe Pinsolle, counsel to Oshadbank, we discussed the recent decision and further proceedings.
