On 18 December 2012 the Ukrainian Arbitration Association will hold a round-table to discuss urgent measures to improve Ukrainian legislation in the field of international arbitration.
Representatives of the ICC National Committee and its workgroup for development of a draft law as well as representatives of ICAC at CCI Ukraine, the Arbitration Chamber of Ukraine, and members of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association are invited to participate in the round-table.
Members of the Association can be an individual with a law degree, is a specialist in international commercial arbitration or have a professional interest in international commercial arbitration and share the goals and objectives of the Association. Read more
