On 4th of October 2018, the International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC) and the Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UMAC) in association with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) will hold V International Arbitration Readings in Memory of Academician Igor Pobirchenko
This year is the 60th anniversary of the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (1958) which has 159 parties. Taking into account this fact the organizers of the Readings decided to dedicate the V International Arbitration Reading to the topic:

For the first time, the meeting with Secretary General and Advisor to the ICAC President will be held for representatives of business industry, attorneys and practicing lawyers within the conference agenda. During the meeting, participants will be discussing practical issues of the new Rules implementation and referring with the claim to the ICAC.
The registration fee for participation in the Readings is UAH 1 500 (the participation of the ICAC and the UMAC arbitrators, as well as representatives of the judiciary is free of charge, for postgraduates and students 50% discount is provided).
