In compliance with paragraphs 4.1.1, 4.1.2 and 4.2.1 of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association Charter, on 20 December 2016 the General Meeting of the Members of the Association took place, where the new member of the Association`s Board – Yaremko Volodymyr – was elected.
GMM also approved amendments to Article 5 of the charter of the Association.
Members of the Association can be an individual with a law degree, is a specialist in international commercial arbitration or have a professional interest in international commercial arbitration and share the goals and objectives of the Association. Read more
