On 9 March 2017 Ukrainian Arbitration Association submitted to the Council on Judicial Reform its comments and suggestions in respect of the draft Civil Procedure Code and draft Commercial Procedure Code concerning arbitrability rules, issues of judicial assistance to international arbitration, including interim measures and collecting the evidence in support of international commercial arbitration, enforcement of arbitration agreements and certain issues of setting aside of the arbitral awards.
