On 27 March 2024 the UAA representatives Olena Perepelynska, Serhii Uvarov, Olexander Droug, Anna Guillard Sazhko, Oleksii Maslov and Krystyna Khripkova attended the committee hearing in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on legal policy.
The discussion was centered around "Paths to Peace: Issues and Prospects of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Contemporary Conditions".
Olena Perepelynska, President of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association, presented the UAA proposals on improvement of arbitration law of Ukraine and contributed to the critical conversation on refining Ukraine's arbitration laws and the role of ADR during and post-conflict reconstruction.
This event underscores the pivotal role that ADR can play in navigating the challenges we face and steering the course toward peace and stability.
