We are delighted to share that the Ukrainian Arbitration Association and Swiss Arbitration Association have now concluded our joint Webinar Series “Insights into Swiss & International Construction Arbitration”.
Four interactive webinars delivered over four weeks covered the life of a construction project from concluding contractual documentation to resolving disputes. We are very grateful to our speakers, who explained the intricacies of construction projects and construction disputes by sharing their insights and experience both from legal and technical points of view and covering specifically Swiss law perspective on construction projects.
We are further grateful to our participants (we had an average of 25-45 active participants through the Webinar Series), including a lot of practicing Ukrainian attorneys, for their active participation and insightful questions. We are confident that the Webinar Series raised awareness about construction projects and construction disputes, which will become an important part of the future reconstruction of Ukraine.
