Meeting with Loukas Mistelis, the Chairman of the CEDRAC
Ukrainian Arbitration Association, within the framework of its activity directed at strengthening of cooperation and exchange of experience with the leading professionals in international arbitration, will conduct a meeting with the Chairman of the Cyprus-Eurasia Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Center (CEDRAC), professor Loukas Mistelis who has kindly agreed to be a guest of the UAA during his short-term visit to Kyiv. The meeting will take place on 22 January 2013 at 16.40 hours at SINGLE restaurant, 6 Museinyi lane, Kyiv.
The participants will discuss new possibilities for resolving disputes by international arbitration on Cyprus, and then the participants would be able to exchange opinions and ask questions. During the meeting the participants would be able to enjoy coffee and deserts.
Participation fee is UAH 150.
Participation in the event is free of charge for members of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association.
Participation of in-house counsel, representatives of international or domestic arbitration courts and professors is free of charge subject to early registration before 18 January 2013.
The number of participants is limited by the format of the event. Registration will be closed on 21 January 2013.
